Panasonic Guarantee
Panasonic's HIT technology has been used in mass production series since 1997. Our modules are made according to the strictest quality standards in order to ensure performance and durability.
In order to secure your investment in a PV system, we offer a limited guarantee for our modules: 10 years for material defects and processing, 25 years on performance (for our VHBNxxxSE10 and VBHHxxxE01 modules).
The guarantee covers 100% of the nominal output (taking tolerances into account) as at the time of purchase.
During the first 10 years of operation, we guarantee 90% of the initial output, and thereafter and up to an operating life of 25 years, 80%.
Please remember that the module must have been installed in accordance with our Installation Conditions and local regulations in order to be able to claim on the guarantee.
For this you must also register your photovoltaic system with the serial number(s) of the module(s). Please ask your installer or wholesaler for this document. It is necessary in the event that there should be a claim under the Panasonic Guarantee.
We recommend that you keep the purchase documents, in particular the invoice and the guarantee conditions for the individual system components.
